I talked to stu the whole time this site was being built. I saw her metas and I do remember asking her about them and if the extra tags that I didn't have on my other sites at the time helped. She said they were good to have and I copied them. The page that she speaks of first is called test2 and was a page in progress. I had used another page from my site, copied her metas into it, and turned it into a new page on my site for links. It was never to be uploaded like that with the meta text not being replaced. When I had to do a total domain upload it got uploaded and I wasn't aware of it. That I suppose is my bad, and had I known it was there, I would have taken it down right away. She and I were working closely together at that time and we were sharing many ideas between each other. For her to say she only helped me when I got stuck is pretty sad as we were both helping each other on many different levels.

To drag Kre8t0r and his job at ANS into this is pretty fucking low. One has nothing to do with the other. He never threatened her as she says, I was there the day she was talking to him and reading over his shoulder. She never once provided a link in that whole discussion to anything that she was saying was copied. She just kept saying that we copied her site and would never tell WHAT was copied. She says in one of her posts that I started sending messages to her when this was posted. Yes, I did, how can I fix what I didnt' know what even there.. as again, this page was a test page, changed and uploaded as another page and the one meta on two pages didn't get changed. Had she told us what page was copied or what she was seeing, it would have been changed immediately and remedied the situation, but that never happened. Instead she chose this route.

The site was changed the other night cuz after asking multiple times about what she was talking about, and never getting an answer, I didn't know and changed the whole page. Only after this post got longer did I even find out about the page in 'cache' that I didn't even know had been there. When I checked the server it wasn't even there nor was it on my computer anymore. I had to do a search of my whole domain to find the ONE page on my hard drive that had her metas on it. Funny how if I am such a theif there were only two pages with her metas on it out of 100s on that domain and one of the two is no longer on my computer even. At the time that was built stu and I were constantly talking and sharing ideas on how to improve our sites. Funny how someone can take a simple mistake and turn it into a federal case about cheating. And how those of you that know me, can accuse me of cheating for no real reason. If she had thought that I copied her at the time this site went live, she never said anything, she was the FIRST to do a link trade with that site and never said a word to me or mentioned anything. In fact, the link page in question was not added till 8-04 when she was telling me to add a 'sex links' page to the site and list all the link trades on it and add this page to my categories. So if anything was done wrong, why didn't she see it when she checked her links on the page? Why didn't she see it when I added the link page and showed her this page? And when she did find it, why didnt' she contact me like a professional would instead of flaming me on a board. Why when asked didn't she tell me the page in question? Prolly for the same reason I didn't. Neither of us caught the mistake.

Thanks stu, this is the first time in my 5 years in the biz I have even been near a cheating forum. Guess I shouldn't share ideas with friends.

The metas have been changed and fixed. There is nothing on that site that is remotely even like hers. Problem solved.
