Now why i am saying this: if you dont know you are blacklisted and also dont know the reason why, you will keep making the same mistake over and over again, most of your submitting will be waisted time. Wouldnt it be better to fix the mistake and get listed everywhere?

Good advise...
This very situation happened to me. Got blacklisted, didn't know, kept submitting, till finally figured it out. It doesn't take much to get on the ole blacklist these days.
