never quite sure why it takes longer to hit the "send rejection email" button, than it does to hit the "delete" button.
I don't think they sit and write the rejection mail by hand do they?
RR for example always send a rejection and the reason. Helps you for next time.
If they can do it why don't the others?

Some don't have time to respond to the emails they get from the webmasters when they do reject them is why they might not send rejection emails. I for one still send rejection emails and I always get emails back asking more and it is time consuming responding!
