The only way I see it possible is to compile yearly stats for revshare.
Maybe a ratio of somekind but then a money earned per sale. Money earned per sale would give a good indication on whether the sites rebill in the long run usually.
I look at a couple of my revshare sponsors and I see a problem with this already. A sponsor I promote quite a bit (doubled in sales since about Sept) I am going to make about 50 sales with this month so the money earned per sale is $23 right now for the year. While a sponsor I have not promoted much lately and will have maybe 12 sales this month (way more rebills) is at $30 per sale overall for the year thanks to less sales the past several months and the rebills really affecting the bottom line overall.
Revshare is a bitch to compare.
