You won't find anything near the Venetian at $100 a night for the 7-8th because the AVN and CES shows are on and they all put up their rates.
However, close by cheap places are Imperial Palace and the Frontier I believe. Also Circus Circus is cheap I think and a $5 cab ride maybe.
