Some good thoughts there, thanks.. But in looking at those stats, besides Yahoo, the rest dont even show up, course as said there seems no good way to track it anyways.

Guess the more you think about it, if the surfer has a reader other than the SE's or SE page, seems they would be smarter about how to add new feeds, they would have to be really. Where as the SE group, they might be more easy, click and do type.

Here's a quick question, though a little off subject. Do SE's find rss feeds or links on their own, like harvesting links with bots?
