As far as the exclusive content, it'd really depend on how you displayed it. It might draw people in for repeat visits if it was featured in a way that enticed the surfer to want to see more (but then again, if they want to see more, you should send them to her site & get credit for the signup)
Odds are most of your repeat traffic will be based on the galleries that your listing & how much the surfer likes your lists.
