2257 - you really should ask a lawyer, because anything you hear on a board would be just the poster's opinion.

As far as the exclusive content, it'd really depend on how you displayed it. It might draw people in for repeat visits if it was featured in a way that enticed the surfer to want to see more (but then again, if they want to see more, you should send them to her site & get credit for the signup)

Odds are most of your repeat traffic will be based on the galleries that your listing & how much the surfer likes your lists.
