Like Cleo said the hosted galleries are for TGP owners to list on their own sites, not for webmasters to submit to TGPs out there. And you cannot copy them onto your own server and submit them neither.
Most free content is overused and you will not get listed. There are exceptions to that rule like it being newly released, a single girl site or a big fetish.
Get a host, plain and simple. It's cheap now. And buy content. Shop around for the places that run deals. PaulMarkham has deals from time to time and many other providers sell discount deals. Do that and you'll get listed more often and make more money.
