Free Hosts or sponsor hosts are baned because the webmaster has no control over the hosting. At any time the sponsor or free host can decide it is not profitable to be hosting anymore and redirect everything or simply close the hosting down for whatever reason. If the webmaster submitting the free sites does not "control" the hosting then it is considered a "free host" and will not be accepted.
And please no sponsor come in here and say we wouldn't do that as I'm sure you wouldn't but the rules are rules because "some" do and there is no way to know who will. Free hosting or sponsor hosting is an automatic ban.
