Banner exchanges etc are not going to send much traffic.

Tijuana Whores for every hundred and sixty visitors to my site I make a sale. After Verotel takes their cut I make $17 and change (I make the same on rebills).
Ramster has a pay site
Pornstar Legends I'm an affiliate, I make $14.96 per sale or rebill and I know it takes 290 visitors to his site for me to make a sale.
I make much better money per visitor as an affiliate than a pay site owner because I get more a hell of a lot more rebills from Pornstar Legends than Tijuana Whores and Ramster does all the work and pays for all of the content
