CCBill only offers processing to US residents yes.
Based on your above statement "I don't know anything about sending traffic to my site or buying traffic what ever that's all about" then I suggest you do not spend a lot of money on the site itself until you learn how to generate and send traffic to your site or learn what and how to buy it. Banner exchanges etc are not going to send much traffic. |
