I hear Phoenix is very very good. XBiz in the summer I hear is good and I'll be attending that one this year. Vegas Internext as well has been good.
The HUGE thing is what you make the show. Arrange to meet with other webmasters and talk with sponsors you push to see what they might be able to do for you and such. The seminars are informative but a lot of it is more for newbies on many aspects. There are some that help anyone and everyone of course.
