That is stunning to say the least!!!!
I understand the league is for beginners but to say he cannot pitch at all? Maybe "ask" if he can pitch partial games or something... ask! But a kids sports is to get kids to excel. Imagine how much better hitters will become in that league as time goes on? I bet a lot better.
