I'm so glad I ran the system update that downloaded automatically this morning and restarted before reading this. Otherwise I'd be putting it off all day wondering if I was going to have that problem too. But no trouble here and I hope you got yours fixed by now.

I think there's a damn cleaning bug going around. For no good reason I pulled the stove apart last night and cleaned every element, drip pan and surface. Really, I mean no reason at all. I wasn't planning to do it, just found myself pulling the thing apart and spraying 401 and Clorox at it. The stove wasn't even dirty really.
