Thanks to both of you but it appears I'd need both of you to have the complete package I'm imagining!
E.g. FuckingBastard can do the setup and promotion but not the text, while saucygirl I'm sure can turn out the text, but might not be interested in doing the promotion (submitting to blog directories etc).
Looks like a one-stop-shopping is not going to be an easy find and I'll have to think about how to split it up into sections for different people to do.
