So how's the no coffee going?
I have not detoxed but in February I started an eating plan to eat healthier so my body certainly must like me for it. Since February no late night eating, no more junk food like potato chips, no burgers, no french fries, no white bread sandwiches and so on. I eat fish, chicken, salads, lean steak, oatmeal, skim milk and lots of veggies.
Yes I still drink beer... a person has his limits.
