You are confusing "bondage" with "BDSM". BDSM stands for Bondage, Domination, Sadism, and Masochism...... Sadism kind of includes torture. Look at the current "Featured Sex Toy" on "Ms Naughty Porn for Women". It is (or was when I looked) "The Cone" which the article/ad describes as "It started life as an S&M object but it proved to be too comfortable" ! In other words BDSM=pain=torture.

Could be hard to see one without the other. Except where the model/actress does it because she is desperate for the money (which is rare, surprisingly you can get paid as well or even better for painless hardcore than painful BDSM), the model/actress will be doing it because she enjoys the pain (the M in BDSM), so you cannot see her pain without seeing her pleasure.
