Have a PRO build the site, not GoDaddy and host it at a PRFESSIONAL web hosting company that knows adult like Colo, Mojo or many others. Hosting is dirt cheap fora startup, likely 100-200 a month tops.
A pro designer will do a basic design for maybe $500.
