Morning.
I had a crappy sleep last night so a nap is in order some time today. As for work, I've got a couple of small sites for clients to work on. That's about it.
I've been doing some intermittent fasting (no eating from 7:30 pm until 11:30 am). It seems to be showing results as I've lost 3 pounds / 1.36 kg so far. I am hungry during the fast but I figure my body (or brain) will eventually catch up to the change.
