All I ever expected was a response from you guys saying we see what is going on and we've asked him to stop. If he does not then we'll take steps to disable his account.
I thought there might be an outside chance you'd pull the plug right away but didn't really expect that.
I really don't expect any host to pull someone's account without a warning or request to stop doing what they are doing.
