Yesterday was deadlift day and I was able to pull several singles of 315lbs without much drama.
Not a biggie since I'm still 200lbs, but good considerin' the shape I was in 2 months ago.
What is cool about my new gym is that they have round plates instead of the stupid hex plates at the other place.
That means I can just drop the bar onto the padded floor when I want to really test 1 rep max.
That means I don't need to waste energy putting the weight down and can find my true 1 rep max.
Lookin' to do 4 plates each side for 405lbs in a few months probably at a weight of 186ish.
