Anybody hear of 4dwebhosting? Got a strange letter.

So, I get an email today from this hosting company, saying they have just set me up with an account...

Problem is, I never heard of them, nor do I have an e-gold account to pay them with.

I'm concerned some russian is using my identity to set up hosting, obviously for nefarious purposes.

Anybody have anything good or bad to say about these people?

This was the letter, I removed the password:
