How do like your steak.
I'm hungry - obviously
I like NY stripe and ribeye medium/medium well - and yes I like those better then Filet Minion. And one of those super baked potato things and a crown and coke and I'm set

And before anybody mentions it - yes "How do like your steak'
is suppose to be "How do you like your steak" and 'Medium Well Done" is suppose to be "Well Done" A diaster this thread has become If somebody has the power to fix that I'd appreciate it

Medium Rare - Rare depending on what place it's at. Some places make rare orders medium rare.

Unless you are truly a risk taker, you should never order a rare steak at a place you are not 100% comfortable with. You will often get a steak that is just up from "blue".
I am more of a roast beef sort of a guy anyway...  Alex |

A good filet done rare inside but blackened outside ( for those not from the south blackened is a specific type of spicing done) as long as there are a few lobster tails next to it |
