Good idea, but to outright say Save On Taxes is wrong. If some dummy wants to try to get away without paying taxes then fine, but you as a sponsor should not be encouraging it.

And correct me if I'm wrong. All US webmasters have to submit their info to all the sponsors right?

This technic is called tax optimization. It is used by a lot of companies all over the world. Opening companies in foreign countries and creating money flaws through that companies. By getting our card you will be a part of our company - invisible for your goverment. It's not fraud. You will still have to pay taxes if your IRS finds out that you are buying expensive stuff but not having any declared income.

For those that leave in EU it's better to have our corporate card (with our company name). Then the bank will not give any info about ur money flaw to ur local IRS. IF you leave somewhere outside EU - then it doesn't matter which card to have. We can even make you debit Visa Gold card on your name It's just simplier for us to give out corporate cards. Standart cards will require you to fill in papers.

We will not be able to access money on corporate cards - it's impossible for us to transfer money from corporate cards to our company account. It's prohibited by the bank. So don't be afraid that we can steal your money BUT we can block the card. And the money go to bank in that case.

And the last thing - by offering these VISA cards we just wanted to provide our webmasters with more paymetn methods. And receiving wire transfers and optimizing your taxes is just an additional bonus you can benefit from

we do not say do not pay taxes - we just give an opportunity for you to decide - pay taxes or not. If you are a very honest person then you still got a chance go and declare your income.

It sounds a lot like another popular card out there. But, they don't come out and tell you that the card is from an offshore bank account. Or to practice tax evasion.

Wrong. The card is in a REAL bank. It's not finex, fethard, yambo or anything like this. It is even NOT an offshore bank at all.
It is a real bank having its own building and a lot of affiliates around the world.
Everything is legal, please, read my post above - with this card you get an alternative way of receiving payments from anywhere (our program or other sponsors) - we do not charge you for any transactions. All fees are applied by our bank only. We do not earn on you. And you still get an option - pay taxes and support your government (depends on if you like ur government ) or keep everything to yourself.
