Specific Sponsor gets NO attn, HELP!

I have a sponsor who's banners don't really get as much attention as the other sponsor's banners I have on my site... I hardly get clicks on 'em and haven't received one sign up yet!

They don't seem to be placed any differently, have about the same quality and hold up good on the site (as far as appearance/price/user options) but something's a no go.

Has anyone ever experienced this? If so, any solutions/suggestions?

It would be an awesome help! I'd hate to can the sponsor, but I feel that may the only solution if all else fails...
