hi
is there a diverence between sites on .com .us .info or .biz domains for google??

I've never really seen much of a difference. I have always gone after .com names, but, I've seen serps results up there for all of them.

Getting hardlinks with the alternative domains might be more difficult as some people associate some of the TLDs with spam.

I think .com is better for type-ins so all things being equal I only buy .com domains.

You can use the .pl domains, but be aware that most of the large SE's are working towards geo-targetting based not just on hosting location, but eventually I would take an educated guess and say that they might look at country tlds as well - depends on how much what they call their "local search" catches on.
If it is written in English though, for now it should be able to play well internationally
