Good Morning.

Man I'm tired. Played basketball last night and it was the finals and we won so we ended up going to one of player's bar he owns and didn't get home until 2am. I love playing basketball but 3 leagues gets ya tired a lot so this time of year when the leagues are winding down is nice. Plus it means summer is coming.

Morning all,

I too ended up in a bar last night with the other guys of the band I play in. Before I know it the clock stroke 2 am, woke up pretty miserable this morning, but hey, that's life.

The work part of the day is almost over and then it's rehearsing time with the band again, we're giving our 10th anniversary party tomorrow with a live show and stuff. You're all invited btw, especially you Fonz

A while back, I did some demolition and rented a dumpster. I only needed to get rid of some concrete and the dumpster was pretty much empty, until the neighbors decided to start throwing crap in it. However, my just rewards were that one neighbor decided that they were going to dump a ton of stuff in it, but, it was gone the next morning. I guess they had worked all night to put the stuff at the end of their driveway and were going to wheel it all down in the morning. haha.

We had a dumpster last year and filled it up easily due the fact that I demo'd my rotting two car garage and some of my house. Tenants in the house next to me did throw some old blinds in there, but no real abuse. This year, my backyard is fenced in with 10' wide, 6' tall locked gate, so no one is dumping except me this year.

Cleo's projects are much nicer than mine. My home is as about as photogenic as me. You know that can't be good.

Right now I'm just trying to do enough to this big old money pit to make it saleable so we can cut and run. We've come to the realization that it is the stress of living in such close proximity to so many skanky cocksuckers that has made me so excessively angry during the last several months.
