When I was assisting in the start up of bignipple.com a few years back, one of my jobs was finding content. I was in Vegas on the floor asking content providers if they had any sets of girls with big or puffy nipples. The one guy actually said to me "All our models have nipples"

sometimes... the suckers in the sporting goods departments for snake bite kits work to achieve puffy nipples... and if someone knows what they are doing they can create the safe temporary effect with under the skin saline injections...
check out BME for more info on that... good luck... and - - - I think it would be an awesome type site to have in the line-up to promote... ~Bell p.s.
