What am I doing wrong
OK guys I have been building and submitting free sites and galleries for about 7 months now and I still am not making any money at this. I get traffic to my galleries. I generally have a 3-5% ctr to the sponsers but nothing ever converts to sales. Ive been keeping at it and not quitting simply because I like making the sites but I would like to make some cash. I don't even make enough to cover the cost of my partner accounts every month. I generally try to make 2 galleries and 1 free site each day. I see how some people say to make more but most tgp's only allow 1 or 2 submits a day and most link lists only allow 1 submit per day. Is there some kind of guide i should follow for how many sites i make a day? any suggestions would help greatly. I will post some example sites below. I generally take the galleries from the free sites and also submit those seperately to tgp's.

It's a different biz now that it was years ago. The ONLY thing I can suggest is to keep trying different sponsors. I would also try some single model sites, general porn is harder to sell. And 2 galleries a day is plenty to make money.
I'd also cut down on the font size of your link text, it is too in your face I think. |

You may also want to try different PA's to see if that helps as well. |

With those daily submits how many are sponsor hits are you getting a day?

If the gallery gets listed with my main PA which is pink world I generally about 300 hits go to the sponser.
I use to make my galleries with the font size no larger than 36 point but one day someone told me I was advertising to passively so i upped it font size and I have started getting better CTR but that could possibly be because I have been working on making better sales text. I think I am starting to like text links a little more than banners. |

Yes but overall how many daily hits to sponsors? 5000? That should be at least a couple sales.

@howlingwulf no im not getting anywhere close to that. Not even near 1000. Thats what I need to know. How do I get that type of traffic to the sponser?

It's a decent way to build inbound links without worrying if someone is going to fuck you.

I wouldn't be able to make sales in those niches either.
I'm sorry man, this is a tough time to be starting the biz. Anyway - your selling text doesn't have any "hooks", no juice, no stickiness, nothing that digs into the brain of your target surfer and tickles their nichey imprinted reaction to the exact type of thing that you want them to be feeling that will make them unconsciously pull out the card in a mindless "oh fuck I got to have more of this..." sexual haze. |

Well I guess I also need to start submitting to more tgp's also. When I first started out at this I had chameleon submitter account but I got rid of it because alot of tgp owners prefer hand submits. So now I just submit to a few site. Pink world, the hun, shemp, tommy, persian kitty, cleo, and only best sex even though I have not seen any traffic from only best sex yet. Can you guys recommend and tgp's for me to submit to for free? I would like to submit to AL4a but i requested a account almost a year ago and still have not got a response.

I wouldnt do two rows of pictures. break them up. dont link the header(1st site), use a third text link. Most tgps allow 3 links, the header link in that one is a waste of one. Play around with different colors(page bg, table bg, text), it makes a huge difference. You need to create the right contrast to make the link text stick out. Highlight keywords that will get attention-make them bigger, use bold, italics, or a different color.

You might try to break down the niches you are working in. Instead of promoting bbw's. Try Black bbw, Asian bbw, etc. You could also get a domain to start a blog on. If you use something like wordpress mu, you can set up multiple sub domains for a blog in each area of that niche. As an example lesbian. You could have a separate blog for Asian, Latina, bbw, black, etc. all on that one domain. Use sponsor feeds and also write your own blog post that link out to the galleries you have made.
Once you get your blogs established, you can take a few pictures from your galleries, submit them to the Huns pic post and Richards realm pic post, link them back to your blogs and work some more traffic through everything you have made. There is a lot of good advice here. My 2 cents?
With respect to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), you need to better plan out the keywords you use when making a freesite. According to my keyword analysis, the term "big fat fuckers" is queried by almost no one while "hot nude girls" is far too popular. By that I mean that surfers will go to Google, Yahoo and Bing and type in these terms looking for porn. In case one, you'll be up at the top of results but very few people will be searching on those terms. In case two, there are a lot of people searching for "hot nude girls" but you'll be on page 200 of Google and no one will ever see your site. You need to find a niche that is not too, too popular. For example, female to male rimming is one that I use. I'd find a sponsor that has a good "ass licking" site (pays on time, updates regularly, maybe has other niches you can use, etc.) then I'd find good search terms to match the niche. These are phrases that you'll liberally use in your sites. (But don't be a keyword spammer!) They need to be popular enough that you can get a good listing on the search engines but not too popular that everyone is using them. In this case I might try "ass licking sluts". Not a lot of people are attracted to that niche but if they are then they might go to a search engine and type that in. There are keyword discovery sites and I am sure that if you search in this forum many people have suggestions. You can use these sites, and by trial and error, find the proper search volume for keyword phrases that will give you traffic that converts into sales. Also, read up on how to make your pages more attractive to search engines. Incorporating your keywords into image names, proper meta tags and H1 font tags are just three of many ways you can get more SEO juice. I hope that helps. i agree with all that was said and especially the part of you need to do more. think of the numbers your getting. if you want higher numbers, in addition to better optimizing and therefore maximizing the traffic pottential of each site, having more sites doing that for you never hurts either. good luck.
