It's a wet one today. Good day to spend indoors working.

The local news stations are trying to make a big deal of tropical storm Bonnie by putting newscasters on the beach in the pouring rain along with continuous dribble by newscasters pointing to radar images trying to think of things to say.

Friday updates to do and then, if the rain lightens up, I'll probably go to the gym for a few hours and listen to some new tunes on my iPhone.

Yes, we're expecting Bonnie to visit us later today here. While we don't think it'll be much more than 50 mph winds with higher gusts and lots of rain, I never like seeing those storm tracks drawn right over us down here. Did the grocery store yesterday and put the trash cans, recyclables, chairs and other things in the garage/workshop so nothing gets blown into a neighbor's window or the canal. Jeep is in the garage so the canvas top and windows don't get damaged by what the winds blow.

Aside from that it should just be another working day now.

Well getting back to semi normal

Russell's surgery (he is my mainstream senior partner) went well

Monday when they were doing the heart cath the found blockage in his main artery feeding the heart (what the call the widomaker artery) and so the decision was made to open him up and do a bypass while doing the valve replacement (as apposed to doing minimally invasive surgery)

He had that Tuesday, and it turns out it wasn't normal blockage on the artery but the fact the artery was twisted (sort of like a kink in a water hose...so this is a good thing)

So now he has two conduits the now untwisted artery (still partially blocked) and the vein the grafted on, and also he now has a new cow valve...lol

His recovery is going good and he is out of icu and walking a bit

I still may head up there to VA after the weekend after his ex Martha returns home to FL (who's chow I'm babysitting)

Morning. Just checking some stuff before relaxing. So I've borrowed a copy of this p90x program that I started a couple days ago. I'm hurting. After 4 days of it I'm in pain. I'm a pretty fit person too. I guess that's a good sign. So later today I'll be doing that again. I probs should take some before photos today. See how it works out.

Brother is still in town. Later today I'll be returning to comic con to see about purchasing some more stuff.

Just is retarded how I can see trade paperbacks on amazon for most the time half the price than they are selling for at the show. I've gotten some people to give me the price when I show the phone. I'm like you sell this to amazon for a couple bucks. I'm like your margin still if you give me this deal here is higher. Some don't go for it which boggles my mind.

That's it. Time to work on a couple things then get to enjoying the weekend.
