Went to the zoo (boring zoo pics)

First time I've been back to Metro Zoo since hurricane Andrew destroyed it over ten years ago. It's a lot smaller and has a lot less animals then before the hurricane.

We went on a weekday figuring that there wouldn't be a lot of people there, wrong. It must have been some kind of school field trip day since there was hundreds of annoying young humans all over the place ages about eight and up screaming and doing what kids do best, being annoying.

Didn't stay long, only a few hours as between the kids and the afternoon heat it all became a bit much but we did see it all, at least what has been rebuilt.
