What does a person get for 12k? I've read the license agreement from at least one of your content providers and it clearly states that the license is NON-transferrable so how can you resell it?

My content is licensed to those specific domains that I am selling. If you buy the domains you will then have that license.
No my man - not running Titworld anymore. Sold it some time ago. |

That's great. All the licenses I've read are between the licensor and the lincesee with domains being added as additions. Good luck they're nice sites.
