Content Theft - Be Careful !!

I just wanted to warn everyone that the man that runs
http://www.fat-forums.com (killahkreations) has been using
stolen content of me and another lady for 3 months now.
After having to chase this man down each month for our payment
(with him always having a different excuse for not sending it on time)
we finally told him to take our sites down! Well, 3 months later we
discovered last night that he was still using all the content in the members
area on his sites! His excuse was "I forgot to take it down." Now, I ask
how does a webmaster FORGET to take down content that he does not have permission to use
any longer?

I'm sorry this is my first post here. I am just getting into webmaster boards and stuff :-( but, I really felt this was something that should be known about. If its in the wrong place feel free to move it.
