You are on my ban list for continually submitting sites with coding errors. After a few submits with the same problems and mails letting you know you were added to the ban list.

The site you posted has no opening body tag.

was rejected with reasons:
* Overused content
* Content is in a directory above the one submitted

Overused content is clear, but I have question about the second reason – is it forbidden now to have pictures in different directory?
I always made and submitted sites which had natural flow - all pages (index, main, galleries) in the same directory, and ONLY pictures were in different directory - since today you were accepting such sites without problem

I'm not sure why the reviewer clicked you for the directory thing. Probably only meant to note about the overused content.
