Morning.

A friend of my wife is an actress. Every year or so she contacts me to update her WIX site. That's what I'll be doing for a couple of hours today. Later, I've got acupuncture. Not really sure if it's doing anything. Looking at my calendar, it appears I've got a play tonight at our local theatre.

Oh yeah, in

the Jay's Robbie Ray won the Cy Young. Guess that means we definitely can't afford to re-sign him next year.

So our walk today won't be that long.

Woke up in a decent mood but then something triggered me & now I hate life...hopefully it'll pass.

Have to run my niece's BF to physical therapy but other than that I'll be working.

Flew back home yesterday, been up working since 6am after multiples texts

even though I just came from west coast time (3am) and been working since. I suspect a few afternoon

will be in order and after that NFL but I doubt I'll even make it to half time tonight
