Good Morning
 Decent weekend as I did get some work done outside and then spent the rest of it with ice and heat applied to my back and shoulder. Going to try doing some non painful stuff outside and then the usual grunting. Enjoy your Monday! |

Worked my ass off around the house for 3 days & then took yesterday completely off. Not that I'm well rested or anything  Just work today, followed by steaks on the grill... |
