Happy Monday Christmas Eve Eve Dec 23rd
Good morning everyone
I had a busy week last week. We decided to move my wife's Mom up here to a retirement home so I had to rent a truck and drive from Ottawa to Nova Scotia on Wednesday last week, 1450 kms I had to get her things, some things from my Mom's house then drive back up to Ottawa on Saturday, another 1450 kms . Saturday started with snow but it wasn't too bad, only added an hour or so to my trip. Sunday I unloaded at her new home then went to watch |football Have a good Monday and enjoy the holidays ![]() |

Good Morning
![]() Big house clean up over the weekend which has left my back hurting and my knee popped but this time its showing bruising on it Need to pick up the BBQ for the Xmas Eve party today. Hopefully after that I'll be able to do some outside cleaning. Being sick the last week really has thrown me off. We only have 1 xmas decoration up and it might just stay that way.Enjoy your Monday! |

It's 14 hours with stops. The best I've ever done is 13 hours. I generally leave around 6am and the time changes during the drive from the Atlantic Provinces into Quebec so I am usually home in Ottawa by 7pm at night. If driving with others it can take longer. When my Mom passed away, I rented a big U-Haul to bring back a lot of stuff from her house and I left in a snow storm lol, that took me 17 hours
