Usually takes about 3 days to get past the physical addiction, and get the nicotine out of your system. After that, its all the mental addictions. Good for you! MadHatter quit 13 years ago, you can do it, I'm rooting for you. Next wed I make 8 years without a drink, so I know quitting bad habits is possible.

Morning all. Watched InkHeart yesterday. I really loved it, I don't think it was MadHatter's cup of tea though, not enough action.
Getting some stuff on ebay, then submits, then working on a big non-adult project that will pay the mortgage, but is tedious and boring as hell.

I have to break it up in chunks to keep my ADD from driving me crazy.

Bellsouth is trying to charge me $80 for fixing my DSL so going to be calling them this morning.

I really need to teach our cats to make breakfast and coffee in the morning but I'm worried that they would get fur in everything, maybe if I shaved them first...

Trying to refinance some investment properties but all I found so far are 75% loan to value offers and mine are at 80% LTV.

Good to see HOFFMAN! making an appearance.

Didn't close on the house yesterday because of some unresolved issues with the condition. Since our original close date was 4/1 it might get pushed to that to get the work done rather than giving us a credit to have it done ourselves. 2 of the bedrooms still have carpet instead of pergo.. the drip irrigation isn't working on the timer, the alarm system isn't working and none of the vents have been cleaned (still full of cat/dog hair).

Went to the buffet at Monte Carlo last night. For a strip locale, it was pretty good, not overly high priced and had a good variety.

Have a good one..make some $$.. i'm off to Global Shop.

just talked with my tax guy. He makes me feel warm n fuzzy. Actually the nicest he's been in awhile about things. Now I need to get him all the info, but from our talk I feel much better. I feel like I should go to sleep now and consider this a happy day. Or just shut myself off from the world for the rest of the day and consider things a success.
