Usually means the x-sell box is BELOW the Submit button so the surfer doesn't know about it unless he reads way down the page.

btw many respected webmasters have contributed to that list. every data was checked and there's a solid background for each record.

shady x-sells - misleading x-sells saying free access everywhere and containing hidden charges in fine print.

there's also invite only google wave group where major review sites exchange the info on shady programs. blacklist was discussed at gfy and shemp's business forum / mp - there you'll find how everything works.

the bottom line is to keep that list as accurate as possible, program gets blacklisted for solid reasons only
