Semantics
I am curious about how everyone defines the term Webmaster. Will you tell me what the absolute basic knowledge is nessesary to be considered one by you? I look forward to reading some opinions on this

Someone that has a mastery of making web pages.
I don't know… it is kind of a loosely defined term. Some time ago on another board we had a big long multi day thread about if woman should be called webmistress or webmaster. |

I would define it as one who works on creating pages for a website - I certainluy consider myself a "webmaster" in that I create & maintain web sites & pages.
