adulttrafficgenerator.com is a fraud ?

Hi Everyone.
is anyone can tell me how should i deal with this guy ! i purchased traffic from
adulttrafficgenerator.com 100k for 200$
we agreed that he will sent me 20k a day a 5 day campaign. after near 2 month all he did is senting 37k i asked for a refund for 2 weeks he tells me wait 2 days wait 2 days, and than he tells he will charge me double for the lousy 37k he sents
and my refund will be 52$ instead of 126$
i know we are not talking about big bucks here,but it makes me angry 1st he sold me something he didnt had in a first place and than charge me double cause he couldt keep his part of a deal !
anyone has a suggestion where to report this asshole so he wont be able to cheat other webmasters ?

Calling him out on the boards is always a good idea

You could also consult a lawyer & at the very least send him papers about the problem.

i think a lawyer gonna cost more than the 100$ bucks

but its became a matter of principle and not of the money and i dont want this guy will get away free of doing such things !

How did you pay? Paypal or epassporte? Put in a complaint. That'll screw up his account too.

i paid by paypal as i remmember paypal has a 3 weeks policy of refunding money but i think i will put in a complaint anyway

Paypal for adult traffic? They'll freeze his account indefinately if you report him. Of course, they'll probably freeze yours too.

If it was, then PayPal will not care about the 3 week rule... just make sure you mention that it was adult traffic

Yeah I agree with what Useless Warrior said they'll probably freeze his account but like Useless Warrior said there's a good chance that they'll do the same thing to your account as well.

So if your going to take that route than you should consider this before doing so, and be prepared that your Paypal account could be frozen as well. So if you think you may need to use your paypal account than you might want to see if there's something else you could do before doing this.

Than again you might could just send paypal a link to there website showing that there allowing paypal as payment option for buying adult traffic. That way they may freeze there account for having that info on there and nothing might not happen to your account. Since you didn't give them any info about sending payment to them using paypal.

If you do that though you might want to just send them that info without using the same email address that's on your paypal account in case they decide to check into that.

Not saying for sure that will work but it may be the best route to take that might keep your paypal account out of it.

Well I'm not sure why they don't but all I know is I'm pretty sure you can't use paypal as a payment option on an adult site and I also don't think you can use it to buy anything from an adult site.

You might use to be able to not sure but could have been when Ebay took over Paypal. I know you use to be able to use paypal as payment options to gambling sites like party poker...etc and now they don't allow that anymore either.

I can understand your frustrations and problems, but destroying his paypal account, whether you all are supposed to use it for whatever purpose or not wasn't very professional.

It's likely that whatever money is in your account is now history as well. They will not be returning your money. They will be locking your account soon.

Yeah maybe it wasn't what you would call very professional but the guy ripped him out of some cash and didn't deliver what he was suppose to.

So he's not turning him in because you don't suppose to use it for that purpose but because you don't suppose to use it for that purpose gives him a reason to turn him in for that.

It's a different issue if he was turning him in for that purpose and if that was his only reason.

I mean that's between those 2 as far as what they do but if the guy ripped him off like he said than I sure don't feel sorry for him if he loses his paypal account.

Just my opinion of course and this is without knowing all of the details...etc but if it happen like he said and he actually tried talking to the guy about it...etc than as I said I don't blame him.

If you noticed I said if it happened like he said and if he tried talking to the guy about it.

Paypal states in their TOS that they do not allow "adult transactions", and that includes transactions involving adult traffic. If you read carefully, they also have the right to "fine" you $500 for using Paypal for "adult services".

They made the change when they were purchased by ebay about a year ago. EBay wanted to wash it hands of the adult business, and I also suspect that Paypal/Ebay were pressured by the credit card companies to take their stance.

Whatever the case, it's foolish to use Paypal for adult transactions, especially when there are so many other processors that welcome our business (eg. epassporte, moneybookers).
