i need to change my cc with them since i found it my cc was compromised last week
 if need be i will let me account expire with them and go through submitpass

Bummer about the cc.
This is the email they formally list for contacts for premium submit. webmaster@richards-realm.com But I sent a cancel request to that address a few months back - they never responded, nor cancelled the account. I'm still getting charged from inet. I'm not worried about it, just noting that a cancel request didn't work. |

I'd say your best bet would be to contact submit pass, and change your info with them. They handle the billing for Richard's Realm.
Misty is your best bet with them at misty@submitpasses.com, or go to the site and call their number.
