Would you like to have a TGP, but not sure how to get started?

I am downscaling to only a few sites, so take any of these names, $1200 depending on the PR and prior links, will give you a well designed DIV template with a basic but attractive design.

On some of these name I can go lower to $800 since they have no SEO, but many have PR2, etc. This basically covers my time and billing to get your site setup and working, etc.

I will setup your trade script, and smart thumbs, and populate it with photos from a few suggested sites in the niche you choose, and all you need to do is get trades, and feed the site with some traffic, and get a nicer theme put on my template once you get some cash coming in from the site. Basically I help you get going with the first steps, I can't babysit you, but can give you a leg up so to speak.

Let me get this straight. You want $800-$1200 for TGPs/domains that are not even online or have any traffic?
