Last day of the work week for me as I am off to Orlando tomorrow morning to golf for 4 days with a bunch of friends. Should be fun especially since I won't be working, lol.

Good afternoon,

Just ran another 10.5km/6.5mi in exactly an hour. After 2 weeks of doing nothing and eating American take-away food my body didn't react to it as good as it did 2 weeks ago, everything is sore now.
Other than that my Brazilian webcam member at AWE who already spent over $1200 in the last year on one of their webcam sites decided last night was a good night to spend another $250 on credits. With their 20% lifetime program that's only $50 for me but hey I'm not complaining

Morning. It's raining here. During the break was able to walk and go get some coffee. So now I'm really getting down to some work. Good times.

When going to bed I've been watching the first season of Breakout Kings. It's alright. Perfect lame little show for late night.

Alright time to get over this lame hump.
