It' Friday of July 2012. Today has to be better than yesterday was.
Never made it out of bed yesterday with the worst case of intestinal cramps that I've ever had in my life. No idea what caused it as I only ate food that I prepared myself and everything that I ate the day before was fresh. I had a fever too.
Still not a 100% but well enough to work and start packing for this weekend which includes two days of kayaking and one day of snorkeling. Just hope that whatever I had is completely gone by tomorrow. Saw this posted over at MP. Group of guys take pics of themselves over thirty years. Need cooffffeeee... |

yikes. crazeee. slam some acidophilus.
( I injured myself, been dealing with that - got staph - damn - antibiotics - but the wife bought me some super acidophilus capsules - they really seemed to help keep my intestional flora in good shape even with the cephlex... so I am a recent convert to acidophilus capsules. Get the good ones - with at least 14 billion good bacterias per dose.) |

Morning. Can't Believe it's Friday. I'll be fore sure working this weekend on some things. Have a deadline of August 1st for a project.
Last night went to a hotel that hosts a movie by the pool. It was nice. The movie was "summer vacation." Classic. Got home and was exhausted. Just crashed right after. Alright, time for coffee and then a day of clicking my mouse. After that going to have some people over for a bbq. Have a good one. |

 Olympics start today - good thing I live near Canada so I can watch all of the events that NBC will be putting on at night live Physical Therapy in about an hour, another MRI on my neck tonight, lots of work in between. Have a gooey one |

Good morning world
 Intestinal cramps for no clear reason is what I dealt with over the last weekend of June. It was one day of hell and a day of recovery before I felt back to normal, so here's hoping you'll be fine for your trip Cleo. For fans of crass humor, this was what snorkeling with intestinal problems reminded me of...  Just got a reminder from my calendar that it's time to make the newsletter, so there goes my hope for a short day today. Oh well, I can always console myself with all the extra signups it'll produce (hahaha...yeah, like it's 2002 again). Wishing a good weekend eve to all.

Fuck you guys are getting old.
 Good morning. Usual crap here today with a twist as I going to watch my daughter's ballet dance thingy at 1:30. She's just finishing up a month long summer camp here in Montreal. Back to Ottawa tonight to relax and likely do some work on my own shit a bit. |

No day job today. Have done a couple subs this morning and now onto the end of month bills. Have a couple of errands to do and need to buy a new printer. This last one lasted 7 yrs so I can't complain too much about its death. Simon, need to show my wife that video. She enjoy crass potty humor. |

Hello,
It's actually Saturday here already... But friday was nice.... Went to the pool class with my daughter nice bonding... Kids always pushing you up... bringing joy to your life... The other daughter is doing great! Eats well and sleeps well also... Now I'm trying to do some updates on my LL!
