Wednesday May 22nd (aka I Am Sofa King Fucked)
Morning!
 My trip to the chiro confirmed what I assumed: My back is not handling all this extra activity well  That hip joint thing is back & the regular issues are really bad. Almost makes me wanna go back on pain meds  ...almost  Driving The Bitch to work shortly, then have to pick up the ASSIL & I think I have to do some running. Bitch works til 9:30.  |

 Up at 4:30 for no reason whatsoever so I see a nap coming sometime today. Back and neck are feeling a bit better since the trip but still not right. Probably work and tv watch most of the day and that's it. Enjoy your Wednesday! |

Hi there
Tired as a [something very tired] because of reduced sleep, but I'm no longer in doubt; those meds I've been taking pulls me down. Funk is really loosing its grip!  Had to go to my other work today, sometimes I wonder if they're able to handle things without me involved, at all. Now it's this weeks AA and tomorrow morning I'm going to tell my story to a group of therapists. Third time within a month, I'm taking a break after this one. Phu! Enjoy your Wednesday and please  for me to win tonights lottery, it's about time.J lly |
