epochsystems

someone know what is going on at epoch, i wanted to check my stats in there for serveral sponsors and all is on zero from all years also btw. i have emailed them but no answer back yet!

stuveltje, I have to say that up until now, I have never had a problem communicating with them. But, I have written to them a few times in the past few weeks without a reply.

thanks, well i emailed them yesterday because there was a problem with loggin in to the stats and they emailed back they where working on it, but now i can log in and my sales and stats are zero and no email back, i just checked again , the inlog again dont work, so i know now they are working on it.

Same problem here. First i couldnīt get access to the stats - Iīm promoting bob/gloryhole, bd - then my sales are missing. Not a big problem, though because I didnīt make many sales through epoch.

What I didnīt like very much is the fact that i didnīt get any reply to my e-mails.

Ditto to me. Never did hear back on email either. They probably got a shit load of them.

i just checked my emailbox (6 morning here) i have an email from epoch that all has been fixed now and that i need to try again....grin it doesnt work for me, so me emailing again, ha but i got my email answer

Yeah... Board Tracker works wonders. But I've been out of the office most of the year so far and I'm still catching up.

As for the stats problem, Anyone who is continuing to see a problem please email me directly with your company code or Master Code at Rand @ Paycom.net. I'll look into this.

More importantly..... those of you who claim to have sent an email to Epoch and did not get a reply, please go into your outbox and resend the same email to me. ALSO - Tell me where you sent it originally. Epoch prides itself on replying to tech support requests within one hour. If something isn't working right I want to know about it.

Let's get you guys squared away.
