Do most link lists confirm/deny free sites through email?

I'm just starting out and testing to make sure all is well w/ my free sites. If you don't get confirmations how do you go about your free sites...do you still submit to sites that don't confirm or do you not submit to those (even if your site may get listed)?

Many places do not send out e-mails letting you know if you have been listed or not.

Best just to look at your server stats to see who is sending you traffic once a month or so.

So would it be wise to submit to approx. 40 link lists daily for a month and then see who sends what rather than waiting around? or is that a waste of time seeing how many lists may not accept my sites?

Most do not because they got tired at pissed off webmasters arguing with them on the reject reason. LOL

I send acceptance and rejected emails for all sites submitted.

I send an email for the submitter to click on the link to make sure the email is valid. The submitter can choose to get a notification of whether or not it was approved by checking on the submit form. These are all automated, I don't have to mess with it. Mostly because I closed all my sites to the public until further notice so only partners submit.

I send messages that ackowledge your submit and listing, but I do not send rejection emails unless I think it is something that should be listed but you made an honest mistake.

I Do send out Acceptance emails and sparingly I send out a decline with a reason why - most of the declines I send out are to people on this board, regular submitters etc.. and it's mainly that they submitted to the wrong category.

Acknowledgement of submission, and acceptance only.. no rejections, unless warranted for simple mistake.

Server stats are your key.

My decline mails have a reason and basically tells the webmaster to come to this board if they have questions.

I stopped emailing on accepts & declines years ago - and even though I can do it a little more easily now due to the new script, I still see no need.

Traffic tells you that you goit listed - if you're not listed, you come here

I got it & we declined it - what I saw right off the bat was the titel of your site - "My Little Nympho threesome sex" was basically the same as the titel of the site your promoting, which we have found confuses the fuck out of surfers & thus we treat them as blind links.
