I get to be injected with radioactive dye at Noon today |shocking| The Nut Doctor said that I need a bone scan of my pelvis & hips, so I've got that to look forward to for today |badidea|

And then tonight Yell & I will go watch the Sabres kick off their 2007-2008 Stanley Cup run

Holy shit! Got on the scale this morning and I'm at 185 pounds!

That's a forty pound loss! I guess it's time to add some carbs into the ole diet so I don't disappear.

I need to get to the gym more often to do some toning. I have enough things that sag without adding saggy skin to the list. Optometrist appt. this morning, broke my glasses last week. I told her "spread your legs, you're breaking my glasses" but she didn't listen.

After that I need to get motivated and build a site, haven't built anything in several days...

Finished watching season one of Dexter last night. Haven't enjoyed a show this much since Dead Like Me. I guess I must have a dark side or something.

Doing the gym thing once I'm all the way awake and then just another day of work and errands planned.

Morning..
Today is Metalcon here in Vegas.

Thousands of people squeezed in to the LVCC to see the latest and greatest machines to stamp, convert and extrude anything metal. So I'll be schleping around looking like i know something.

This weekend's mission is to find good chili. There is a cook off here at the end of the month but I really don't want to wait that long and there might be a methane overflow by then.

Wow, losing 40lbs is impressive! How did you do that?

Nice morning here so far. Been to the gym, spending time with the kids. Trying to work in between, on non-visual stuff, obviously, kids being at home. Got a big project I'm committed to finish in a few days, so freesites are on the back burner for the next couple of days.

Hope your scan goes well, GG. I guess you'll be a neony radioactive green shade for a while

Wife and daughter are off to the Waterloo Outlet Stores in the States (just outside of Syracuse) with a friend and her daughter to do some shopping. And that means I'm free all weekend so golf today at 2pm and cards tonight then the Sens hockey game tomorrow night.

Oh for the record, the Canadian dollar is worth more than the US dollar.

Don't know what dye they used on you but on all the times I've had a CAT scan, too many to remember, all of them felt like lava was being injected into me.

Wife and I are driving up, in a couple hours, to Lake Tahoe for a few days. Wedding on Saturday and a few extra days to look around and enjoy ourselves. It's suppose to be chilly up there so I had to pack pants. Both pairs

Well it's Friday. This week has been something. I'm so happy to get out of the house later today. Kinda just been a hermit for this week except for the times going to look at new places. Then it's just back into the office and working on projects. Things have started to move though and results are being seen in a big way. So that's worth it I guess.

Tonight will be watching game 2 of angels baseball as well as going to a cocktail party.

Now off to update a ton of sites. Have a great day everyone.

Very very low carbohydrate intake (Atkins diet) and walking 2 miles/day around the neighborhood with a few sit-ups and other light exercises here at home. Increased the walking to 5 miles after 3 months. Went to the gym with my son 4 days a week for a month and a half near the end.
